    颱風將至前夕，天氣悶熱，但仍走了大欖水塘一轉。 入大欖前，先去了屯門嶺南大學後山的富地路盡頭嘅燒烤埸，呢段路大大話話無行十年多，印象模擬，原來俾想象長、斜，還有少少到頂，實在段路太熱，算了吧，落山。 接下來就係青公，景峰、三聖、黃金、小欖入大欖，大草地、大棠、屏山、洪水橋、兆康，屯門碼頭下午茶！

    洪水山，毗鄰為老虎坑及大棠，今日選擇洪水橋和平新村里入，上山路線明確，唯路況屬沙石底，經天雨沖刷，及爬山電單車所爬過，路面形成甚多水坑，在半推半跣上到山頂。落山初段仍有不少水坑，至中段為碎石坡，但路面寬闊，一直落到接回車路。 由洪水橋起步至完成，共花了約兩小時半左右，皆因今日天氣相當清涼！
