IMPORTANT NOTE: THE DIFFICULTY WITH WHICH I CATALOG MY ROUTES IS REFERRED TO MOUNTAINEERS USED TO WALKING, WHO DEVELOP WITH EASE ON ALL TERRAIN, NOT FOR OCCASIONAL TREKKERS. IF YOU HAVE LITTLE EXPERIENCE, ADD ONE MORE DEGREE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF MY ROUTES SO YOU DON'T GET SURPRISES.

Short drive to visit the Pinnacles, an area full of pinnacle formations that with the light of the late afternoon and a slight sparkle were colored with a range of colors between browns, reds and precious yellows. The area is within Nambung National Park, on the southwestern Australian coast south of the small town of Cervantes, north of Perth. The walk is quite simple and short and it is a fairly popular area.
