Itinerary description

Bellissimo trail tra i monti attorno verghereto. Molto duro (almeno x me) fino ai 7km dal 1,5 km. Poi spiana in mezzo al bosco e si riesce a correre lungo i sentieri in “altura”. Poi una lunga discesa che richiede molta attenzione soprattutto sulla pietraia. Prima dell’arrivo si risale (e la salita è dura) per tornare alla partenza.
