Itinerary description
A good run until the decent from Espigolar to just beyond Castillo de Naya as it’s very steep and the path is not maintained so it’s not easy to follow. We wasted about an hour here just for 4km!
The rest of the run is very good but I would stick to the bigger trails around Cabezo de Guara & Tozal de Cubilas to extend it instead of the way we went.
