Itinerary description
Mt Jinba to Takaosanguchi station
* Jinbakougenshita Bus Station (陣馬高原下).
* Train, Tokyo to Takao Station.
* Bus, Takao Station Jinbakougenshita Bus Station (陣馬高原下). Bus schedule here
* 09:45 10:22 (37分)西東京バス [美32]
* The bus is every hour, so please be punctual
* The total route is around 18km, around 6~7 hours at a reasonable walking speed.
* Will be four peaks (food, water, and toilets available at each peak).
* Meeting point: North exit of Takao station, 09.40
* There is a combine near the bus stop
* We will not return to the same train stop. So will need to carry your stuff.
* At the end, there are several stores, including craft beer and an onsen (Takaosanguchi station).
* Equipment: The terrain will be dry, but it is a mountain, so comfortable and hiking shoes are recommended. The temperature is expected to be 25 oC, but it will be humid, so bring some water and snacks if necessary and a towel for the way. The rest is if you want to change after the onsen.
