Itinerary description
The EKE of Cluj-Napoca in 1998, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the 1848 revolution
organized the first Jókai walking memorial tour between Cluj-Napoca and Torockó.
Since then, it has become a tradition, it has been organized year after year, over several periods.
From 2016, we will also be organizing a bike memorial and performance tour.
Cross-country runners have also taken part in the 55 km walking distance on a regular basis in recent years,
thus recognizing the need and opportunity, the Rupicapra Mountain Sports Association
as an organizational partner, we organized in 2019
the 1st call of the Jókai Mór Ultramarathon. This year we are organizing the third competition of the marathon to the delight of the off-road runners. The route is largely the same as the 55 km pedestrian version, but compared to 2021, there have been minor changes.
