Itinerary description
A trail running in the desert next to Jebel Mleiha in Sharjah.
Difficulty.
It is a short run with 200+m elevation gain, but on sand which means you will slip backward. Better to mark it as moderate than easy.
Parking.
Parking coordinates are 25.135904, 55.843318. Can be reached by any car. We parked on the sand just next to the road.
Must-have gear:
1) Trail running shoes
2) desert gaiters or just trail gaiters
3) 1-2 liters of water depending on the season (I consumed 1L in March) in a hydration vest
4) Sunscreen
