Prohibitive urban route in days of strong wind (east or west since they travel both sides of the isthmus).
Much of the route runs along wide sidewalks of the boardwalks and there are only a couple of somewhat complicated road crossings.
There are no sources but you go through several bars that can serve as aguada.
