Epic road around Barranca de velho.

First half of the run is on normal road. Then you go to the left for the trail run on the way back

On the top of the mountain!!! Keep left, Montes Novos

To avoid a big detour and a busy road we stay left and run paralel with the big concrete road. But a even better option is to keep left and follow the trail track uphill. You end up on the same big road 500 m closer to the village More nature and a massive short cut
