Today's route was a light yet slightly crazy workout.
10 or 15 kilometers at an easy pace, a few sets of push-ups in the forest, a series of sprints up some stairs in Sakae, and a 10-kilometer run back home.
I went from Narita to Sakae-Machi, and just before Ajiki Station, I turned right to reach the Hakuho-do hiking area. I followed the trail and made a loop. Afterward, I stopped in a shaded area as I exited the forest and did a few sets of 20 push-ups. I continued on and returned to Ajiki, where I did a few sprints up the central ramp of some stairs. These six sets were not included in the route's elevation gain because I left my phone on a pole recording the sprints.
After finishing the sprints, I headed back toward Narita. I intentionally detoured once because I saw a small trail, but I turned back when I realized the trail was only a few meters long. So I returned along the usual path, the one I'd used to get there, and which, as I've mentioned several times, is very safe and easy to follow. I also recorded a few sprints on the trail where I detoured.
Yesterday I cycled 70 kilometers, and today I felt like nothing. 10 kilometers already feels like a warm-up. The sprints made me sweat, but even so, returning 10 kilometers wasn't difficult at all. The next training session could be another long run, even more than 42 kilometers.

Waypoints

Escalera
