Itinerary description

A hard session over 4.5 miles (7km) run up the hills at the waypoints BACKWARDS and as hard and fast as you can. TIP: Use the dotted lines slightly to your left as a guide to keep you straight. At time of going to print there are no holes in the road at these points. It's a great session and can be very enjoyable and fun - especially when you turn around and try to run normally again.
