Itinerary description
As the luck had it...
I have never completed a loop on Trail 4.
Back when it opened in 2020-21 winters. I would end of on Said Pur road as there were no marking. Which they later added but the routine would be to follow those and reach Talhar Morr, get picked up from there to be back at parking.
Couple of times I had descended from there on traverse from other trails using Chak Jabbi/Selfie point route. A few months ago I followed the Dhoke Jeevan route but again ended up on Said Pur road mid way.
This weekend, I wanted to complete the long delayed route but as the luck had it, could not find the Dhoke Jeevan connection on my way back and took the same route,
Back in November when we ended up there on ridge trail on our way from Talhar, the trail was all over grown to the point where you can get lost, slip and have itchy grass needles in your shoes.
Anyways, upon analyzing the trails, I finally doing the joint and will attempt next time to traverse through both routes.
I did like the fire line and the scrambling , which I wish they develop more in Islamabad.
