Itinerary description
We started at 3.30 AM and aim to finish the trek by 9.30-10 am.
The terrain is quite gradual with few steep climbs. Some segments require shoes with good traction (otherwise it will be hard to climb down).
One of our team members slipped at one point and hit her knee. Hence we had to climb down slowly to accommodate that. Otherwise doing this in 6 hours is possible if you are an intermediate hiker.
