- Con ayuda de un guía contactado en una agencia de turismo del Pueblo Monguí

ES: Recorrido desde el pueblo de Monguí (Boyacá) hasta la cima del páramo de Ocetá. Para esta caminata contratamos un guía que nos hizo el recorrido por todos los senderos no muy bien demarcados y con varios avisos de propiedad privada. A pesar de que comenzamos caminando desde el pueblo existe la posibilidad de ir en carro hasta el inicio del sendero del páramo ahorrando buena parte del camino. Es una caminata de dificultad media alta por lo tanto se recomienda ir bien equipados contra la lluvia o contra el sol, bloqueador, botas, bastones de senderismo, gorra, impermeable, comida y abundante agua son imprescindibles. La belleza del paisaje y sus frailejones (de más de 3 metros de altura) se pueden ver en las fotos.
EN: From Monguí to the summit of the Ocetá moor. We ask help of a guide who take us through all the trails that were not very well marked and with several warnings of private property. Although we started walking from the town, there is the possibility of going by car to the beginning of the moor, saving much of the way. It is a hike of medium-high difficulty, therefore it is recommended to be well equipped against the rain or against the sun, sunscreen, boots, trekking poles, hat, raincoat, food and plenty of water are essential. The beauty of the landscape and its flora (frailejones over 3 meters high) can be seen in the photos.

Hermosa y retadora travesía.
Cabe resaltar que el páramo es un ecosistema muy sensible, y programas de reforestación del Frailejon dónde pueden participar los visitantes, senderistas,o practicantes de hiking,generan más valor a la experiencia,ya que es la manera de devolverle a la naturaleza la oportunidad que nos da de vivenciar este maravilloso lugar. Pueden buscar en redes sociales a la agencia "Moisua de Ocetá" para agendar el guía que es obligatorio y necesario.
