Itinerary description
Mazraaet El Daher Loop hike
It was a nice loop hike, hiking between olive trees uphill till we reach the cross then the track becomes a magical hike along the cliff above the amazing Bisri Valley ( thanks heaven the Bisri Dam project stopped) after that we continue hiking through olive and pine trees the last part is through narrow passages of an oak forest till the loop trail is closed.
We passed along the trail by; Al Dawawir, Bir Zaidan, Meshti peak, The Holy Trinity hermitage, Jal El Siyar, Areeshi passage, Shwar passage, Jal El Falha, Zarde passage, Eagle mortar, Dshr El Kawaber, Khallet El Ghamri, Al Bat, Khwan's cliff, Jal Bou Kharroub, and Al Hazzeh.
Its a nice area mostly clean except for some plastic bottles by irresponsible commercial hiking groups and a lot of trees cut along the trail.
Hiking this trail is recommended from late fall to early spring.
