Itinerary description
Recreated manually after having done it, the way-points are all accurate, the exact route might deviate slightly since some of it is off-track.
1 - Four peaks on the Langdale side: Sergeant Man, Thunacar Knott, Harrison Stickle, and Pike of Stickle. (2 hours)
2 - Traverse all the way to Angle Tarn to get on the track up to Scafell Pike (1 hour)
3 - Scafell Pike and descent via Rosset Gill. (1.5 hours up to Scafell, and 2.5 hours down)
Total 7 hours with few ans short stops only.
Distance measured by the phone was almost 30k, and accumulated elevation gain close to 2,000m
