Itinerary description
The starts off from Hillview MRT and follows the northern section of the Dairy Farm trail, before turning northwards and heading towards Zhenghua Park. We then turn under BKW and into Chestnut Park, and follow the trail northwards through the Central Catchment Park Connector towards Mandai Road. At Mandai Road, turn right and and head towards the Ulu Sembawang Park connector. At the end of US Park Connector, join the Woodlands SLE park connector (next to the upcoming Woodlands Hospital) and make your way towards Causeway Point.
