Itinerary description
We started the hike from a chalet close to Faqra club roundabout. The part from the starting point to Faqra ruins is on road and not really pleasant (i was hiking with a friend who didn't want to take off-trail shortcuts :). You can start directly from the ruins site where you can park and get back there following this trail or one of my other Faqra trails where i reached back my starting point going off-trail. The part from the ruins to Bqaatouta is on the LMT. Beautiful mix of forest and river trails. At some point i left the LMT to join the road leading to Faqra club. The ascent is long but easy (around 600 m from the river to the starting point).
