Itinerary description

The route starts from the village of Michas (at altitude of 924m). The overall ascent is 1300m (the peak at 2220m). The route starts easy through the forrest and later open area, until the very base of the summit. Here, more demanding part begins (last 400m of ascent) with not very vissible path and some climbing sections. Very nice views to the Panachaiko and Chelmos peaks, also Rion-Antirion bridge is visible! Unfortunately the air was not clear enough to see islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia :-/ Level moderate, just for the last section.
After the hike, we ate very nice food in local restaurants, with speciality for desert - baked apple with honey :-D
