Itinerary description
For those like me that are afraid of highs, this path is perfect! The only things to note are that is a bit longer than the one on top of Langihryggur and you will see the volcano and the lava field just at the end (because everything will be hidden by the Langihryggur itself, walking on its southern part).
Then from the end of the trail you can decide to climb Stórihrútur or not.
