Itinerary description
If you don't like steep inclines this is the area for you. The only slightly steep hill is at the beginning and end. Things to lookout for. The ruins of an old windmill. Bird hide in the forest. On the return leg you have to go across an old slippery board walk that goes through a wooded marsh which was very eerie on a summers day so you could imagine what it would be like on a cold misty morning.Once you get out of the forest you go across the marsh on a raised path that has been planted with Sloe bushes on either side to stop the bull rushes from overgrowing the path. Its like walking through a tunnel so not much to see but now and then you get a break in the bushes and bull rushes.
