Itinerary description
Lovely walk that I do regularly (and trail run) around Hawkwood estate and Scadbury park. Route takes on part of the London LOOP and is well sign posted.
There are a couple of alternatives to shorten the route, plus 2x different start/end points depending on whether you drive or take the train (Chislehurst station).

Waypoints
Short Loop
For a shorter 2.5 mile loop around Scadbury park, take a left on this path, rather than following The Drive to the end of the road
Alternative start/end
Use this as an alternative start/end to the walk. From this point, Chislehurst station is a short (<0.5) mile walk and there are regular trains (typically ever 30 mins) into London or out to Sevenoaks

Information
Easy to follow
Scenery
Moderate
I really enjoyed this walk. Technically not difficult. It was very pleasant with very few people on the trail.
I was glad to have the app with me as it is not easy to follow with a myriad of cross crossing paths.
Note that the one small section now has signs saying no pedestrian access, however, it’s easy to navigate around.
I thoroughly recommend the walk.
