How's the trail. Semak or clear trail?

    Mixture.

To Bkt Beruang: clear trail and active balak road.
Bkt Beruang to Waterfall: Active balak road and very semak (but we already chopped those semak & put ribbon marking). Clear trail at the Pipeline trail (we still put little bit ribbon marking there)
Bkt Lapo: Lapo trail not very semak but at the beginning slope are quite slippery when you going down. Refer ribbon marking.
Bkt Lagong to Bkt Wam: Semak but still okay to walk. Mostly clear trail but better equip with GPX coz some part no marking.

Is it possible to start from FRIM to Bukit Beruang? No fence in the FRIM area, right..

As far as I know, some trails in FRIM are not open to the public for hiking, though I’m not exactly sure which ones. On the heatmap, it still shows people using the Pipeline Trail from the FRIM side, but only up to halfway — and I’m also not certain if that part is open to the public. I believe Bukit Beruang got nothing to see now as there was road construction there last year.
