Itinerary description

It was one of those magical days at the Ain Zhalta Biosphere Reserve where we kicked off our ‘Yoga-Hikes’ Summer Season series with “Breathing with the Cedars”, our Sportive & Spiritual journey featuring @avediskalpaklian and @yogawithnisrine ..
In part 1 of the day we have climbed to the Kornet El Sibeh Summit Standing at 2,001m, and in Part 2 we have enjoyed a superb session combining Yoga, breathing & meditation at the heart of the Cedars Forest..
