Itinerary description

A flat and easy cactus hike.
Starts at the end of Broadway.

Follow the cactus forest trail.
Past the Lime Falls, turn right on the unmarked Javelina wash.
The wash is loose sand, so it's a bit more difficult to hike in.

Follow the wash and cross the road 2 times.
When the wash is very close to the road again, exit the wash to the left.
Cross the road and follow the trail to Mica view, just left of the dirt road.
Shortly thereafter the trail is marked Shantz. Keep left of the dirt road.
Follow this trail all the way back to the car.

Hiking time: 2 Hour 45 Minutes.
Add 30 minutes return for the Visitor center.

No fee at the Broadway parking.
Warning: When you hike to visitor center along the park road, don't forget your park pass. Hikers are supposed to pay +$5 each. (Only at this point)
