Itinerary description

The Msaylha to Kaftoun Trail is an easy and scenic trail that could be done by all ages. It starts from the Kfar Falous town in Batroun and extends over a 12 km stretch walking over slabs of concrete 30-cm wide (good part) and separated by 10 cm (bad part) which forces you to walk with your eyes mostly watching where your next step is going to be.
The nature surrounding the trail is beautiful and the sound of water passing underneath you adds to its beauty.
The weather was pleasant except for the last 20 minutes when the rain poured like it is the spout of a kettle.
I recommend it to all ages and all weather (if you, like me, love the rain!)

A make-shift collection of shacks that serve as a restaurant for would be nature lovers during the summer. The place was pretty much deserted and abandoned. We had our lunch break here.
