Itinerary description
One of the most scenic and beautiful areas in Lebanon is Ehden and its highlands (Jurd).
The trail started from the gate of the cedar reserve going south towards the blue cliff and up to Nabhay, then we took a left turn going through Jwar El Jafia to Btillayya and into the cedar reserve. A 15+ km trail that took us through, pine, oak, Lizzab, and cedar trees. The weather was a typical winter weather with temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius and a cloudy windy skies.
The most beautiful stretch was the Lizzab area; I love those trees (only trees that live above 1750 meters ASL.

Moderate
We started following this trail and it was amazing. When we got to 1800m we had to make a shortcut because of the snow during this time of the year. Otherwise all viewpoints were stunning
