This is a loop in two parts.

This is extraordinarily good loop trail - well thought out, well sign posted and well maintained. There are 6 more routes around here to explore. We will be back!

Chose to park at Born (and found a place on a nice residential road) as it's about 1/2 way round to Echternach, where we booked a place to stay.

The trail surface varies between earth, stony path and road going via forests, fields and hamlets. Note: there is no place to drink or eat in Born nor between there and Echternach, about 20km.
