Depending on the distance you want to cover, you can do some sections of this trail to be easy, moderate and difficult.
We run as a group with Coach Lee Harris. It was quite hot after 8:30am. I had 2,5lt water with me and it was just enough.
I couldn’t make it to the very top of the “daddy hump” I was going to make everybpdy else wait.. so preferred to stop before the summit and started running down.
Nearly 4 hours of trail running for 18km, chasing the sun and the heat..
loose rocks and slippery ground for some parts..
make sure you take plenty of water and fuel.. and also to have people who know the way..
