Route half over asphalt, half over gravel roads. Straight through Alentejo landscape with Holm Oaks, Cork Oaks and fields with olive trees. This trail is very "empty". Apart from Vimieiro and Pavia, there are no villages, so be sure to bring enough food and water with you. The gravel road in the north part is very difficult because of deep holes in the road. The rest of the route is moderate to difficult.
