The Continental Divide Trail is 3,100 miles long. Few persons have ridden a horse along the whole trail. Ignore the Wikiloc estimate of mileage. In order to show a trail of such magnitude trackpoints are about 7 miles apart. The farther trackpoints are apart the greater the underestimate of true miles.
I posted this trail so that I can direct long distance trail users to more detailed maps. If you click "View more" below you will be taken to a web page that provides links to organizations and to several types of maps.
