| IMPORTANT NOTE: THE DIFFICULTY WITH WHICH I CATALOG MY ROUTES IS REFERRED TO MOUNTAINS USED TO WALK, WHO UNWIND WITH FACE ON ALL THE LANDS, NOT FOR OCCASIONAL HIKERS. IF YOU HAVE LITTLE EXPERIENCE, ADD ONE MORE DEGREE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF MY ROUTES SO YOU WILL NOT GET SURPRISES.
Beautiful and comfortable circular route to go around the famous and photogenic Lake Bled (Blejsko Jezero in Slovenian), with its famous island with its fortified Church. In order not to have to pay to park in the center of town, we went to the Castle that is at the top and previously reserved a table to eat (it is in a parador plan, but much cheaper) and thus we were able to park almost free (since we arrived 3h before lunch time and we had to negotiate a price for parking so many hours, I don't remember if it was € 2 or € 3)
From the castle we go down (after looking at the free viewpoint next to it) to the path that comfortably circles the entire shore of the lake. It was Sunday and the weather was very good, so it couldn't be more crowded.
In the southwest sector, when we are closer to the famous island, we turn to the right to climb towards a small peak where the Ojstrika Viewpoint is located (610m) and then we approach another Viewpoint that is in Mala Osojnika, from where We went down to the main road. To say that this short detour adds some difficulty to the route since the path both up and down are not very good compared to the "highway" below and are usually muddy. The only difficulty on the main path around the lake is to overcome the amount of people there are in some sections. We return like this (after passing by some mega tourist complex and the area of the center of the town of Bled) at the foot of the impressive Bled Castle, which we climb from its rear until we reach the parking lot, where we change our clothes to go presentable to the Food in such a magnificent setting. Then the visit to the interior of the castle (which is free with the food, so you partially amortize it) with spectacular views over the lake that we have just turned around, they put the icing on the day's excursion.

Nice scenery and nice views on Lake Bled and church on the island.
Only one or two kilometers can be difficult and require treking shoes. The rest is on sidewalk.

Thanks for your comments! As you say it's not a difficult hike except a very sort part when you climb the Ojstrika and go down, the rest is a confortable route around the blue lake.
