Route of ascent from the camp in Dodom to the crater of the volcano Erta Ale, the ascent lasts about 3 hours walking in the oscura, from the distance one can glimpse the reddish glow of the magma broth. Once there is one of the magical places of the Earth, PURE NATURE in capital letters and without filters. We spend the night in some cabins near the crater and descend at dawn again in the dark to escape the heat and follow the same route.
