near Tunstall, England (United Kingdom)
This was an easy walk, free of stiles, with few gates. The terrain was varied with pine woodland, farm land and unusually for England, a grove of eucalyptus trees with the feel of North Western Spain. All Saints Church, Sudbourne was on the route. There views towards the antennas and sea at Orford. There are many paths in this woodland with almost infinite route possibilities for all weathers. We found edible mushrooms, blackberries and damsons. Onions and potatoes had been harvested and several escapees will go towards the walkers' dinner. Waveney Ramblers led this walk.
