Potes - collado de Porcieda - Tudes - Potes

A fantastic walk from Potes, providing AMAZING views across to the Picos.
It starts with a nice stroll to a nearby village, followed by a fairly stiff but energising climb. It's worth doing this climb in the morning before it gets too hot. It takes you through the isolated 'village' of Lubayo, across some meadows and under some lovely oaks and ashes.
You reach the peak Collado de Porchieda 890m with a small bench to take in the views.
Then descend to the village of Tudes. Option for a drink at La Taberna del Inglés. Such a pretty village.
Then head on the white and yellow trail back towards Potes. It goes through the abandoned village Porcieda. Then just follow the path through a cork tree forest until you reach Potes.
