| One of the most beautiful and easy treks in the Akan National Park. The Mt. Mashu and the lake is already one of the most beautiful places in Hokkaido and easily accessible by car. But this tour allows you to contemplate the lake from different points of view, and enjoy some of the best views of all of Hokkaido.
It goes and returns for the same place. The road is very easy, and there is only a remarkable climb in the last half kilometer. It's steep, but once it's up, it makes up for it a lot, with a view that looks like something out of the Jurassic Park movie.
