The 7th stage of the Nepalese Himalayan Trail we started at Phakding at 2600m. above sea level and we will finish in just over eleven kilometers in Namche Bazar near 3400 m. The route follows the course of the Dudh Koshi River, crossing it on several occasions by spectacular hanging or Tibetan bridges, where the Yaks ranks, which are the cargo animals they use at this time.
The route after passing the town of Monjo, enters the Sagarmatha National Park, where the world's roof is the Everest with 8848 m. and that is declared a patrimony of humanity.
We continue along the riverbank path until reaching a new Tibetan bridge full of the typical Buddhist prayer flags, where the first point is that if the clouds allow it, you can see the majestic Everest in the distance.
So far, we have climbed a bit, but the thing changes and begins a long and steady climb to Namche Bazar, one of the largest villages in the valley near Lukla and full of lodging houses, restaurants and varied shops.

Carpe diem, Ultreia.
