near Ahuisculco, Jalisco (Mexico)

This site is part of the Selva Negra project of the Mexican rock group Mana'. To get there from Guadalajara, take highway 15 (Nogales and Tepic) 25 kilometers to highway 70 which heads southwest towards Ameca. Now go about 18 kilometers and, just past the Tala sugar refinery, turn left. Go past Tala 11 kilometers to an easy-to-miss cobblestone road (N20.57755 W103.70241) on your right. From here follow this Wikiloc route.The Selva Negra entrance gate and parking area is located at N20.58147 W103.72590.

A high clearance vehicle may be needed to reach this site and during the rainy season, 4WD may be required.
Leave Tala Highway. You can drive all the way from this point to "Start Hike"
Cross Bridge
Go left.
Parking and Trailhead. Cars and other motor vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. Pedestrians and mountain bikes are welcome!
Go right.
Stream and dam. Good picnic area. Bathing possible.
