Golgo - Cala Mariolu

Tough tour. Scenic views. Nothing for small kids or untrained hikers. Two or three technical passages, that might be an obstacle for people with fear of heights. Make sure to bring enough water. The Mariolu beach is just fantastic. White pebbles and crystal clear water. But it was even full during the week in late July, thanks to the excursion boats dropping the folks. So better avoid the weekends in summer.

(Remark: The hike does not start in Baunei as it appears on my tracking. It starts where the red pin, the end of the track, is positioned. It is a small parking on a gravel road, right before a barrier. But I recommend to activate following the track already in Baunei, because on the Golgo plains there is no 4G connection. Better download the map before for offline use. Once you reach the cliff over Mariolu Beach, the mobile networks are reachable again.)
