Panoramic route of the Yosemite Valley.

It begins at the top, in the viewpoint of Glacier Point, where you can see wonderful views of the valley with the granite walls of the majestic Half Dome. Continue on the Panorama Trail to Nevada Fall, and follow the Mist Trail to the base of the valley, passing by waterfalls of infinite falls (in spring, the waterfalls will carry more water and going drenched during the descent should be something continuous Eye to rocks and water, bad combination for slips). Once down, following the path on the Happy Isle bridge you will arrive at the Curry Village if you stay there; or you can take the shuttle from the park directly from the bridge in case you stay further inside the valley.

For the most daring there is the possibility to start with a "trail" that starts from the base of the valley and climbs up to the Glacier Point. The route, starting from above, is already of medium high demand, since the stretch of the Mist Trail has a considerable unevenness; steps of granite stones are taken down and knees and legs can suffer (beware of children and people who are not accustomed to long walks). To get to the Glacier Point you must buy a tourist bus ticket ($ 25 one way, 1 adult) that is purchased and part of the Yosemite Lodge. This is a hotel located within the Yosemite Valley itself. It is easy with the maps and the information that they provide you in the park, upon entering. In fact, it has its own stop of the shuttle or "shuttle" of the park (the 8th, if I remember correctly).

Before arriving at the Nevada Fall there is the possibility of diverting by the John Muir Trail to reach the base of the valley. The route is less demanding but less beautiful, since neither Nevada Nevada nor the incredible vertical fall of Vernal Fall can be seen.

As our driver said when we climbed the Glacier point, when choosing the way to go down again to the valley: "choose wisely" :)

Was longer than I've expected. It took me roughly 6 hours and I should have taken more water with me.
