Chatelherault: River AVON Gorge

This is a pleasant walk, however, a good pair of Boots would help , as it is very muddy in places after a day or twos Rain! On 11/12/2013, the route across the Avon at WHITE BRIDGE OSGB NS 74136 52433, was marked as CLOSED due to Landslip, but I crossed it, as no sign on the Chatelherault side on the Lower path. It was VERY MUDDY and slippy just adjacent to the bridge. Look for Earlier signpost (WP AG07-08-09-10) to take the DUKES BRIDGE crossing to do a counter-clockwise route, if fancied.
In General..there are too not many views along the route. It is enclosed in the trees, so if you like Forest trails, this will suit you. Ideal for Dog Walkers.
