An easy, enjoyable route for the whole family, nether too steep, nor dangerous, nor does it require any technique; at some rocks, it can be a bit slippery, use hiking shoes. It’s quite well marked, just follow the yellow diamond. While on the route, you’ll see two signs leading to La Table des Fées. The first one comes too fast, you’ll miss a couple of cool rock formations and a nice view point above Le Semois. Thus choose the second sign. But if you’d like to deviate from the official route and enjoy the river, you may follow my way down to Le Semois. Once at the river, you’ll have two options once again: you can either enjoy the peace and quiet of the river and turn back to the official route; or if you’re a badass like me you can follow my way along the river at first and then through the high grass, all sorts of shrubbery and thick nettle; you’ll also have to force your way through barbed wired meadow, which is fun. After the meadow, you’ll find yourself back on the official route. Have fun!
