Starting at Metro Plaza España (L1 & L3) we walk up towards MNAC enjoying the views of the venetian fountains, magic fountains and gardens around Fira 1 Exhibition centre.
On the right there are u escalators to avoid taking the stairs.
Once at the top we can see the MNAC building and a viewpoint looking back at Plaza España and the venetian towers. We continue down the side of the MNAC building ant take another Escalator where we arrive at the Palau Sant Jordi and Olympic Luis Companys stadium.
Within the park area of Palau Sant Jordi we have a modern telefonica tower.
After seeing the two stadiums we continue on to the Botanical gardens which has a range of plants and trees from mediterranean type climates like Australia, chili, California etc. I Recommend visiting here in spring when the trees and plants flower.
Next we continue back towards the Olympic Luis Companys stadium stopping off at the Olympic museum.
Finally we return to Barcelona via the Montjuic funicular next to the Olympic diving swimming pool.
