To climb the Wannehörli you can park the car in a little parking next to the road, just at the entrance of Sannenmöser.
This backcountry ski route is easy, and it doesn’t take a long time, but you can have some wonderful views like les Diabblerets, Wildhorn, amongst others.
We started skiing in west direction and after 10 minutes we saw the first little slope to go up! At this point, we continue always in the North-West direction. The only exception is a little flank in West direction to avoid a strong slope in the middle of the forest.
To make the descent a little bit interesting, we decided to do it in a different way. I think it’s better to do it like this but at the end you have to row a little bit.
I recommend this route if you only have one morning. Otherwise is a bit short.
The other option is that when you are in the summit, you can extend it with lot of different routes.
To sum up, it was an interesting route in a place that I have never been and I found it so wonderful and funny!
