I'm about to purchase a Garmin 550t to help me explore Portugal and Spain. Can I upload and download into Wikiloc?

If you are referring to Garmin Oregon 550t (https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=26876&ra=true), of course you can; it seems to be one of the Garmin's top range GPS. Be aware that you upload or download wikiloc tracks and waypoints from/to your computer, you only need a GPS with the ability to share tracks with your computer. Tracks can be uploaded in some Garmin native formats, and you can download tracks in Garmin Training Center formats.
