How do I download to file, it appears on the screen but I can't find a way to store it on my computer

Hi,
In download you have two choices, either to download to Garmin or to file.

I can download to Garmin, but when I download to file, I simply get a window full of data, I want to download the walk to a file on my computer to be able to build a list outside of the Garmin to use in the Garmin at a later date.

I use Google Chrome as a server.

It's very strange.
I use google chrome too as web browser and have no problem downloading the trails :S
