Same problem here as Every_City.
Communicator is installed. Garmin test-site says it's working. But the message that I get when I'm trying to download a trail is: Your ... version is older... required: 3.0.0 Wikiloc says I'm running an older version. Garmin says I'm using the newest version. Anybody an idea how to fix this?

Every_City, Jersepe, what operating system and browser version are you using to download tracks from Wikiloc? What Communicator plugin version do you have installed? (you can check that out on this webpage)

La cosa strana è che ricollego il garmin la mappa appena scaricata... non c'è più!!! Quindi il file viene perso appena si scollega il garmin dal pc... Come si risolve?

I have a Garmin 62st and i tried to download a trail and it just stays on a white screen. Everything is up to date and my 62st is recognised by my computer and Garmin.
Can anyone assist me. Regards Ian

I have just tried it again with a trail from Camogli to Portifino and it worked with no problems.

Hola.
Tengo problemas para descargar rutas a mi Forerunner 310XT. Inicia la descarga correctamente pero antes de finalizar me dice "descarga cancelada". He actualizado el firware 4.0.4.0. y me he descargado el Communicator Plugin porque me decía que no lo tenía instalado. Realizo las pruebas del Communicator Plugin y me dice que está actualizado y funcionando y que el GPS es detectado y comunica correctamente. Esto pasa aún con el Forerrunner apagado y con el USB Ant desconectado. Tengo la opción de vinculado activada en el GPS. Agradecería que me dijerais alguna solución. ¿Debo volver a instalar el Garmin Ant Agent para que me coja la nueva actualización? Gracias
