Hi
Same here. I downloaded about 30 tracks the day before yesterday and am still banned from downloading today. I just get the empty site http://de.wikiloc.com/wikiloc/downloadToFile.do, without any error message. How long do I have to wait before I am able to download again? Or should I upload any tracks before I can use the download again? Is there a "workaround"? I appreciate any help as our trip to Iceland will start in about 2.5 weeks and it would be really cool to be able to follow many of the tracks available on this (awesome!) website. Thanks a lot!!

Hi,
the lock is automatic to set and release and the release depends on the current load of the server. We're experiencing high volumes of traffic lately but it shouldn't take more than a day. Please try later today and if possible please avoid fridays and saturdays.

Thanks, now it worked again. Good to know that one should think about which 35 tracks to download - and good to know that I am not banned for eternity
